2. Service Description

LinkedLoop provides AI-powered tools for LinkedIn content creation, analysis, and optimisation. Features include post analysis, content generation, first comment suggestions, streak tracking, and persona calibration. The service requires a LinkedIn account for authentication.

3. User Obligations

You agree to: provide accurate account information; use the service in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service; not use generated content for spam, harassment, or misleading purposes; and not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create using LinkedLoop belongs to you. The LinkedLoop platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations — you are responsible for the content you publish.

5. Limitations of Liability

LinkedLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation. AI-generated content may contain errors and should always be reviewed before publishing.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
